Healing solo songs, music and three mantras
‘Oyasin’ is the end of the expression ‘Mitakuye Oyasin’, an important phrase in the Lakota language that means ‘we are all connected’. This is the basic theme of Lex's expressive music and solo vocals, which invite us on a journey into our inner selves, into the dimension of our souls. And from there, the musical journey of this album brings us into connection with all true being in the outside world.
Each of these 10 fascinating songs is a highlight in itself, a whole universe unto itself. A sea of love expands. Lex sings many songs with his powerful solo voice spanning 4 octaves, carried and embedded by multi-layered beautiful arrangements, instrumental solos and choral singing.
