General Business Terms for consumers
According to our intension of providing best service to you, we are informing you about our business terms
1. General
This business term will apply to all our services. Aberrations reserved. At release of a new price list all former price lists will become void immediately
2. Privacy policy
All entrusted data such as address, phone and email address will be stored and used for our own company purposes only. No forwarding to third parties guaranteed!
3. Pricing
Our prices include 19% German VAT and are subject to changes
4. Withdrawal
Consumer (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal according to the following instruction. Consumer is acc. § 13 BGB any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose which can be attributed neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity.
Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, email) or by calling the Secretariat, tel 07223-806650, or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods, with the attached statement of your revocation, revoke (the return costs are to be borne by you).
From your letter must clearly show that you have decided to take a cancellation of the contract. The mere return of the goods is no longer sufficient to exercise the right of withdrawal effect. A standard form for the revocation came with your order by e-mail attachment.
The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before receipt of the goods by the recipient. The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation or thing.

Consequences of Revocation
In the case of an effective return the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (usage advantages). In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be claimed. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to their inspection - it - as it would have been about you at our store. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner in use and omitting everything, which impairs their value.

Return costs:
For a return, you have to bear the cost of return if the delivered goods ordered. Please send the item back sufficiently franked, as deliveries cause "non-free" extra cost of 15,00 €! Freight collect returns can not be accepted and will charge back to you!

5. Payment
Delivery:
Inside Germany: for orders shipping fees of 2,00 Euro will apply. Prepayment required.
E.E.C. plus Switzerland: for shipments to countries of the E.E.C plus Switzerland the standard fee is 5 Euro, independently from order volume. Prepayment required.
Rest of the world: for shipments to all other countries 5 Euro will apply. Prepayment required.
Shipments with damages need to be accepted and claimed with the freight carrier immediately. Otherwise Lex van Someren can’t be held responsible.
Payment - Retailer
Inside Germany: Delivery: For orders shipping fees of 6,00 Euro + 19 % VAT will apply. Purchase on account.
Abroad: really arising expenses, purchase on account
6. Examination obligation
Lex van Someren will not be reliable for wrong usage of an ordered article. Please check the usability for an article prior to usage.
7. Retention of ownership
According to § 455 BGB all goods will remain 100% property of Lex van Someren until complete payment has been received.
