This album is a prayer for all humanity to know peace within. The heart wants to be free, and prayer is a gateway. By "prayer" is meant: the praise to true life, to the divine power and to the power of love in us and in all living natural beings. This partly orchestral music and singing (of Lex van Someren, Wivvica Matern, Maria Maltseva) is an ode to the sovereign power within us to guard and protect natural life and loving human interaction and to act energetically accordingly.
GRATITUDE
The first 5 songs are all compositions by Patrick Bernard (Canada) and the 6th song "The Lords Prayer" is by Singh Kaur (USA). They released this music on CDs in the early 90s. These were musical revelations for me at that time, which deeply influenced me as a musician and composer. Suddenly I realized and remembered how music can be used to open up very high dimensions of consciousness. These two brilliant artists were a seminal inspiration for me. It took a maturing process of about 30 years before I felt able to sing and produce these musical treasures in my own way. The support of my con-genial music producer, Frank Steiner, was indispensable. It is important to me to bring out these songs on this CD, because I want to present them to a wider audience in these times of the great awakening and because they may not fall into oblivion.
The last song "Allowing" is a composition by Alexia Chellun (GB). A few months ago I heard this beautiful song for the first time and it was immediately clear to me that I would like to sing it.

This music opens the curtain of reality. What beauty in love and love in beauty. A precious marvel, these songs. They are like a room full of precious treasures of the highest divine essence.
In this new music, in this wonderful prayer there is such depth, such power. And it all seems familiar to me, although I didn't know any of these sung prayers before, or just not in this form (Our Father). I can feel the devotion in which the holy and indestructible is praised, I can feel the gratitude in every sound, the deep love that reaches my innermost being and also makes my praise soar. Made of eternal love for the Creator, for creation. There is the connection to God, to the Father in heaven, who invites us into his kingdom, in every moment. Who in His power and glory shows us the way to Him in ourselves, to the paradise within us. And then we see that we are already there, and from within ourselves we can create the outer kingdom.
The CDs NOW, AGWARU and PRAYER are a path to the highest dimension for me, which forms the peak experience in Prayer. The second title of Prayer takes up the energy of the first title and gives it security. They swing us further up from title to title, higher and higher into pure being. Coming home into divine joy and initiation.
I am deeply touched and moved by the new CD Prayer! It opens the access to the divine love within me, touches my heart with great love, humility and devotion. "Allowing" has become my beloved catchy tune. I sing it everywhere, in the car while washing dishes, in nature.
The "PRAYER" CD really got to me. Especially "Song of the Child King" blew me away the first time I heard it! It was like the floor beneath me went up together with me like a fast lift, the walls around me became like transparent and glowed, and I started glowing too, with indescribable joy and tears inside and out.
"The Lord's Prayer" goes straight to the heart! I never liked the Lord's Prayer and refused to do it because the feeling wasn't right. For me, they were always hypocritical empty words of a church institution. And now I hear it as it was originally meant - as a prayer so deeply from the heart, so deeply going into the heart, connected with the highest divine, an expression of all-embracing love. This prayer expressed in this way makes me perceive simultaneously both as a reverent tiny dot in the universe, and as a divine creature that is itself the universe...Goosebumps...At last I can feel the Lord's Prayer!"
"The "PRAYER" CD has been with me all the time on my tour. I always imagined glowing so strongly that my car would have to look like ball lightning from the outside. With a tracer on the motorway ;-) In any case, my journeys were indeed like passing through another higher dimension. It was just always hard to get out in the 3 D world.
